This is a Limited Environmental Transaction Screen report. This report is good for monitoring the environmental conditions of a property that has already been evaluated. This report is limited to an inspection of the subject property and the surrounding area, an interview with the current owner or site manager and a review of database records published by federal and state government regulatory agencies. This report does not meet the federal “All Appropriate Inquiries” standards and requirements, and it does not meet ASTM standards for a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Report or an Environmental Site Assessment Transaction Screen Report.
