This report is used as a screening tool or to update a previous Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Report. This report is a review of regulatory records, a physical inspection of the subject property, and a limited historical review. The inspection also includes interviews with the subject property owner and major tenants. This report meets or exceeds the ASTM Standard Practice E1528-06.
