James R. Orswell is a Registered Environmental Assessor (#30144) with the State of California. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.
Since 2003, Mr. Orswell has worked in the environmental assessment and consulting field, researching and conducting numerous environmental investigations throughout California. For the past six years, Mr. Orswell has worked directly with clients from lending institutions, real estate professionals, and individual clients, and helped provide them with solutions to environmental issues and problems.
Mr. Orswell’s education, training and experience provide him with the qualifications to conduct environmental assessments and investigations. He is an Eagle Scout, an avid outdoors enthusiast, and has recently served for several years as the Scoutmaster for a local Boy Scout troop.
